Summary:
Benjamin Keeton was killed instantly when he was struck by a streetcar. Keeton believed the car was going to strike the fire engine that he was on, so Keeton alit from the engine. Keeton slipped and fell, landing on the trolley car tracks. The operator stated that he did not see Keeton fall, but stopped when he hit his body. The streetcar did not strike the fire engine.
