Summary:
Richard S. Rockett was a former full time firefighter who wa volunteering with the Hook and Ladder company. Richard Rockett was fatally injured when he was thrown from a hook and ladder truck while enroute to a fire. The rear wheels of the truck ran across Rockett's chest. Rockett died 20 minutes later.
