Summary:
Officer C.H. Harmon, died on Saturday, October 5, 1957, one day after his motorcycle was struck by a car in the 2700 block of East Lancaster. Harmon was a new officer on the force and was on his way to attend the police training school when the accident occured. Becoming a Fort Worth Police Officer was Harmon's life long ambition.
Officer Harmon died from back and neck injuries suffered in the accident. He was 29 years old.
